Schedule Notes
-Schedules are subject to change
-All efforts are made to keep these posted schedules current.
-Changes after July 20 will be posted - bold red
-Performances are weather permitting and may be delayed or cancelled - any time.
-Last minute changes will not be posted here
-Band members assigned to Red Band or Black Band - Sunday, July 24th       
-The Band marches to and from each concert and  the times listed are the concert start times.
-Fall-in times are posted for Band members on their daily schedules

Notes for Rehearsal days of 7.23-7.26
-Specifics concerning rehearsals will be announced to the Band each day and not posted online
-There will be full band, unit band, sectional and marching rehearsals
-Free time and breaks will also be scheduled.
 
Notes for State Fair Days of 7.27-8.7
-Concerts are of various lengths and may run 15-45 minutes
-Additional rehearsals and performances may be scheduled and are mandatory
-A Ballyhoo is when the Band marches throughout the fairgrounds with several stops to perform along the way
