7:30 - 8:05 AM
Check in and registration in the Rhodes Center Please do not arrive before 7:30 You will receive music at this time 8:20 AM Seating and Rehearsal in Rhodes Center 9:40 AM Fall-In to March to the Groundbreaking near ODNR 10:05 Perform before the big event as attendees arrive Parents and guests are permitted to attend 10:30 AM Groundbreaking for Expo 2050 Perform as needed at the event and after it concludes After the event March back to Rhodes Center and have some lunch...then head home! What to wear for the Groundbreaking Event
Solid Black pants/slacks
Black socks or nylons that are black/nude in color Black shoes White AOSFB Uniform Polo OR Short sleeve white polo/white shirt with no logo Bring your current school jacket or college jacket in case the weather is cold or cold-ish Don't have a school jacket? Bring the most plain single color jacket with no or minimal logos. What to bring for performing
Your instrument in working condition
Lyre Flip folio and pages Water bottle - these will stay at Rhodes during the performance.
Lunch
We will be serving lunch at Rhodes Center after the event.
The meal will be for band members and staff. Learn more about Expo 20505 Master Plan
The AOSFB Store
The AOSFB Store will not be open to purchase lyres, flip folios, or other items.
